Cedar Creek Lake Air Show has the unique distinction of being a one of its kind leading air show in Texas. The event acts as a wholesome family event with exciting programs to interest every age group. The unique thing about the air show is that these aerial demonstrations do not take place at an airport but entirely over the water followed by a spectacular show of fireworks. Besides that there is also a static ground display of civilian and military aircrafts.

Cedar Creek Lake Air Show honors all the past and present military personnel , with proceeds from the show going to the various charity organizations serving the injured and disabled military personnel residing in the northeast Texas area.
